Don't spend weeks in a dark room. Get a neurologist-led roadmap to return to work, school, and play within days, not months.

Active Concussion Recovery. No Waitlists. No 'Wait and See'.

1. Immediate Access

Time is brain. Most neurological symptoms worsen without early intervention. While hospital systems have months-long waitlists, we typically see you within 48–72 hours of your injury.

2. Active Rehabilitation

We move beyond the outdated "rest in a dark room" advice. We utilize evidence-based, active recovery protocols and phased re-entry plans to safely get your brain back to full capacity.

3. The Recovery Roadmap

You leave your first 60-minute visit with a clear, written plan. From "Return to Learn" school accommodations to "Return to Play" athletic clearance, we manage the entire journey.

    • Full 60-minute initial evaluation (Telehealth or In-Person).

    • BONUS: Your 2-week and 4-week follow-up visits are included at no extra cost.

    • Personalized "Return to Learn/Work" medical documentation.

    • Direct coordination with your PT or Athletic Trainer.

    • A hospital-based concussion clinic often bills insurance $600–$900 for an initial visit.

      • If you haven't met your deductible, you pay that full 'negotiated' rate later.

    • At Clear Path, you pay $399 upfront with zero surprise bills.

Nerve Blocks
$75 - max once per 4 weeks

  • A nerve block for headaches is a quick, outpatient procedure where a medical professional injects a small amount of local anesthetic (sometimes combined with a steroid) near specific nerves in the head or neck to "shut off" pain signals and provide quick relief.

Toradol Injections
$50 - max 2 per month

  • A Toradol (ketorolac) injection is a powerful, non-opioid medication often used as a "rescue" treatment for severe migraines or headaches that haven't responded to standard over-the-counter drugs or other abortive medication.

SPG Blocks
$50 - max once per 4 weeks

  • An SPG (Sphenopalatine Ganglion) block is a minimally invasive treatment that targets a specific cluster of nerves located deep behind the nose. This "nerve junction" is a major relay station for pain signals and autonomic symptoms (like watery eyes or congestion) associated with severe headaches. This can also be helpful for treating facial pain.
