Initial Consultation: All new patient journeys begin with an in-depth, 60-minute initial consultation via our À La Carte plan.
Flexible Planning: At the end of your visit, Dr. Patel will work with you to decide if a monthly Membership or continued À La Carte visits best suit your needs.
Applied Fees: Your consultation fee is charged at the start of the visit and will be applied toward whichever care path you choose.
Easy Registration: The booking link will prompt you for basic info, policy signatures, and payment info. Afterward, you’ll receive a code to download the SigmaMD patient app for communication with our office. This is our concierge patient app, where you can message Dr. Patel directly, view your chart, book appointments and more!
